Administrative Support Specialist
NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support functions in a friendly, positive, and professional manner for its Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program at its office in Covington, Kentucky. The hours will be Monday through Friday, full-time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, on-site, with the possibility of working from home up to 1 day per week (must have access to home internet)

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong Communication and listening skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to change.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to various IDD Programs, including MPW, SCL, and HCB.
- Assist with processing and tracking of required forms and documentation for the IDD waiver and PDS programs.
- Assist with various duties within the IDD department as needed.
- Prepare monthly reports as needed.
- Assist in the scheduling, uploading, and preparation of all necessary assessments.
- Upload necessary documentation to MWMA and our EMR system called Credible.
- Assist with chart compliance, documentation, and filing.
- Adhere to all NorthKey policies and procedures.
- Adhere to confidentiality in all matters about client information.
- Maximize efficiency and effective use of time in maintaining accurate and punctual time reporting.
- Attend internal meetings relating to responsibilities and duties.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with internal staff, clients, and vendors.
