Technology Support Specialist
NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time Technology Support Specialist to join its IT team to provide day-to-day assistance to internal technology users and maintain the business technology needs in a behavioral healthcare setting. This position will be on-site at our Covington, KY, location and will require travel to offices in Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Grant, and Owen Counties as needed. The hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other IT-related fields preferred. Appropriate experience may substitute for education.
- Experience/Training/Certification in one or more of the following: IT helpdesk, Windows OS, Office 365, KACE (Service Center), and Anti-Virus Software (ESET).
- Experience/Training with desktops/laptops/printers/peripherals/mobile devices installation and maintenance. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Organizational and planning skills.
- Some Project Management experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 55 pounds.
- Reliable transportation, ability to drive a motor vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
- Manage and maintain NorthKey’s IT equipment, including network equipment, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Maintain and assist internal customers with the day-to-day business technology needs of the organization. Assists with planning future development, manages, and maintains helpdesk, computers, and mobile device hardware/software/security, peripherals, service center software (KACE), video conferencing, and anti-virus software.
- Assists with developing, creating, and maintaining technology reporting tools to assist with the reporting needs of the IT department and organization.
- Collaborates with organizational management and leadership to plan for the organization's technology needs in support of the organization's business growth and development.
- Coordinates with organizational staff to implement new technologies in support of the organization's business growth and development.
- Routine and emergency maintenance of network hardware/software, and peripherals (includes on
- call for after-hour situations.
- Adhere to Personnel, Administrative, and Departmental Policies.
- Maintains an appropriate and professional manner in interacting with all internal staff, clients, Board members, State and governmental staff, sub-contractors, general public, and vendors.
- HIPAA: o Assures organizational compliance with HIPAA. o Works with HIPAA Security and Privacy Officer to accomplish HIPAA compliance. o Maintains current knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Participate in overnight upgrades, updates, and other projects that are necessary to complete after hours when needed.
