NorthKey Community Care is seeking a Liaison for Community Children's Services. This position will be full-time on-site Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.  You MUST be Independently licensed in the state of KY.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree in behavioral healthcare Related Field of Study
  • Independent State Licensure
  • Relevant experience, knowledge, and expertise
DUTIES
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating community programs related to special services for children in designated settings.
  • Provide guidance and functional direction to direct clinical staff delivering services in designated areas such as schools, juvenile justice centers, or other child related service arenas that may be served by NorthKey Community Care.
  • Conducts required tasks in collaboration with Team Leader of Behavioral Health Youth Treatment to fulfill contractual obligations related to the delivery of specific children’s services in a defined setting.
  • Responsible for representing children’s clinical operations provided by NorthKey Community Care in designated community settings as indicated to meet the needs of contracting organizations and entities.
  • Provide entrepreneurial approach that requires the ability to multi-task on a wide spectrum of activities with an overall external focus on recruiting and retaining community partners related to the delivery of children’s services in designated settings such as schools and other locations where children may be in need of outreach and clinical services.
  • Coordinate the provision of clinical services that may include individual, family, group, or psycho-educational experiences for children and families in designated community settings such as schools, day-treatment programs, or other identified locations.
  • Provide clinical services at assigned locations.
  • Serve as a resource/liaison with personnel at various locations where services are being provided by NorthKey Community Care related to meeting the needs of children in a community or region.
  • Pursue growth opportunities related to expanding child services across settings throughout a community.
  • Proactively manage performances issues of others directly involved in delivery of child services across settings, including training new staff and providing ongoing supportive coaching to assigned staff members
  • Adhere responsibly to all NorthKey policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to confidentiality in all matters pertaining to client information.
  • Maximize efficiency and effective use of time in maintaining accurate and punctual time reporting.
  • Attend internal meetings relating to responsibilities and duties.
  • Maintain a professional and business-like manner in dealing with all internal staff, Board members, state and governmental staff, sub-contractors and vendors of NorthKey.
  • Represent NorthKey in a professionally appropriate manner.
